Rockstar Games has just tweeted a few new pics of the oft-delayed Max Payne 3.

With the line, "He's Coming" two new shots surfaced for the game. Unfortunately when he's actually coming wasn't revealed by the tweet, nor was there much info about what exactly we're looking at here, other than Max in what might be before and after shots. The game was planned to set in Brazil, but whether any of those early details still hold is unknown.

Max Payne 3 has been delayed by Rockstar and publisher Take-Two numerous times, and back in February the game wasn't mentioned in the titles coming out from the publisher this year. Take a look back at our cover story on the game from 2009 to refresh your memory on the game.

With all the buzz about GTAV casting calls recently hopefully this means this will be coming not too long after LA Noire. They wouldn't really release GTAV before this would they? Maybe Dan could become a recurring character in Rockstar games.

I dont really like what they have chosen to do with Max, bald & beer gut, meh. Now i haven't played Max Payne since I was a kid but i distinctly remember it being a trip and scaring the hell outta me HAHA, walking into your house and your family is murdered then the halls turned into like hell lol freaked me out man, might have to go pick them up and give them a play through again to get me more pumped for 3

Long time no see Max Payne. Glad their giving us something, haven't heard from this game in a while. I love the Max Payne games and I can't wait to see what this game will have in store.

Max Payne was definitely one of my faves on PS2...I'm glad to see that Rockstar has gotten ahold of the licensing as well...eventhough this title has been plagued with delays, it shows that they're taking their time and focusing on giving us a kick-a$$ product....I wish other Dev Teams would take notes from Rockstar...

Played the first two games and loved them, so I'm probably going have to pick this one up as well, even know it seems like its been an eternity since they announced it.
