I love this game. I have argued with people over the stupid and undeserved IGN rating of 6 that the game got. Granted the game has its problems. The biggest two to me, which I have seen mentioned, is you can't throw grenades or use the harmonizer when being shot at. Now I found that this only happened when getting hit with minigun fire but it happened none the less. The other was the delays all around. Surprisingly I liked the activation of the VS's as it was realistic and they put that in place for multiplayer. The delays I mean are especially after jumping there is a second and a half where he must regain footing, realistic but frustrating as it can get you killed. There is also how slow he does things like pick up items and get up from a knockdown. That being said I rarely had any of that *** where you get hit and can't recover, so your going to get killed cause you can't roll or anything. Those sort of cheap things didn't happen to me. This is a good game it shines brightly in that it's fun as hell to play coop and the boss battles are amazing, specially the Red Eye on the train level, that is the definition of EPIC. So if you like singleplayer by yourself this might not be your game but if you like coop, online or off, and/or multiplayer online this is your game. Third person shooters are rare these days and LP2 has great setup and control, although the controls are odd from other games. Check it out and listen to the gamers not these stupid critics that expect this to be some *** *** of Duty garbage shooter.
