Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins

Take A Look At The Mean Streets Of Lego City: Undercover

TT Games' upcoming game Lego City: Undercover combines the silly tone that we've come to expect with a big open world to explore. The mean streets of the city may not actually be that mean, but that doesn't mean that our hero Chase McCain can just sit back and eat donuts all day.

The clip shows some of the game's vehicles, including a jet-powered snowplow, along with footage of McCain dealing out his own brand of street justice. As you'll see, he's quite the gymnast, too.

Lego City: Undercover is set for a March 18 release exclusively on Wii U.

  • The LEGOs strike again!

  • Unless you're a child molester i don't see the appeal of these (LEGO) games attracting anyone over 3 years old.
  • SHUT UP DEFIANCE ADS!!! Calm down... so what I was going to say was, WAFFLES!?!?!
  • Now I got to get a Wii U.
  • That was... actually pretty funny. I'm interested.

  • It looks like so much fun. :D

  • I haven't really been paying attention to this game but after watching that trailer I've become fairly excited about it. Too bad it's only for the WiiU. And, it seems odd to me to have Lego associated with bank robbing and other crimial mischief.
  • Im still mad this is not for the PS3 and Xbox360.
  • Looks awesome! Can't wait...lets hope they don't Rayman legends us!
  • lego gta...gotta love it

  • If you didn't play any lego video games when you were a kid... your life is incomplete; especially lego racers. But this looks interesting. If I had a Wii I would definitely try this out if only to relive the glory days.
  • Looking very nice.

  • Wow, this looks pretty good. Pretty interested in seeing how this turns out.

  • The voice of the undercover cop sounds like the voice of Sly Cooper.
  • Looks like LEGO GTA.

  • This is bringing back fond memories of the Lego Island and Lego Racer games. I hope the associated 3DS game turns out nicely, since I'd love to play a game in this series but don't own a Wii U.

  • Well, at least they are trying to change the gameplay. Couldn't stand how all the lego games played exactly the same, with only different maps, characters and possibly one new move that you can do. Personally I wish they made Grand theft lego or Call of lego thats gameplay is like the game they're ripping off, maybe then there would be less young children swearing at me and telling me about my mother on games they really shouldn't be playing.

  • I hope this turns out well, it looks pretty darn cool.

  • wii u zombie u bundle + this = win!
