Kingdom Hearts III
Square Enix unveiled some new Kingdom Hearts footage as part of Jump Festa 2015 that shows off HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and more importantly, about two minutes of Kingdom Hearts III combat.
The trailer below starts with Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, which contains three parts. It will have an HD remaster of the 3DS title, Dream Drop Distance; Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage, which is a new short playable episode that serves as a prologue of sorts for Kingdom Hearts III; and Kingdom Hearts χ [chi] Back Cover, and HD movie that sheds light on the Foretellers and the series' early history. The Kingdom Hearts III footage starts around the 1:50 mark and shows combat near Rapunzel's castle from Tangled, as well as combat in front of Yensid's tower, a location that appeared in Kingdom Hearts II.
We still don't have a solid release window for Kingdom Hearts III, but 2.8 HD Final Chapter Prologue should release next year.
