The lights are on
Suda 51 is the man behind bizarre games like Shadows of the Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw. His next game, Killer is Dead, now has a trailer.
All we've known about the game up to this point has been the name, some leaked concept art, and that it would be some kind of successor to Suda's previous games Killer 7 and No More Heroes. Watching the trailer, it does seem like a sort of merger between the two. Killer 7's art (which is admittedly similar to No More Heroes) and themes, with No More Heroes' melee combat.
Check out the trailer below.

Ahh this rocks! Absolutely LOVE Suda 51!
Hopefully Travis Touchdown makes an appearance as well!!! Or Garcia Hotspur idc...
The visuals are awesome!
Suda51 definitely has style, but the game mechanics need improved to really make a great game.
Looking forward to getting this game. Killer7 was one of my favorite Gamecube games.
This looks incredible. Shadows of the Damned was a fantastic game.
It definitely has some style. Not sure about the rest but very stylish.
Wow, what a great trailer. Killer is Dead looks amazing. I'm glad we are finally seeing more info on this game. Suda 51 looks like they're doing a great job with this so far.
The combat looks way more fluid than No More Heroes, much more like Devil May Cry (this is a good thing). Hopefully there's a demo or something before the game is released, because I'd like to try it it out before making any purchase decisions.
My body is ready... :O
