The lights are on
If you can't wait for Tuesday's release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, we've got something to get your mind whirring. The contents of the opening sequence for NetherRealm's DC Comics fighter won't come as a surprise to anyone who has been reading the prequel comics, but they are still striking to watch.
Check out Batman, Superman, Joker, and a city that used to be both a nice place to visit and live, but is now neither. Injustice: Gods Among Us arrives on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U.

Geez, why is Superman always the bad guy? And props to the Joker, as making Superman kill him pretty much made him the victor.
I have been following Injustice: Gods Among Us sense day one. I have been up to date with the YouTube series "Battle Arena", reading the new 52 comics, and have even created some blogs about this game. But what strikes me very odd about this game is the fact that Joker is even in this in the first place. Because if you read in the comics it clearly shows Superman gruesomely punching a hole in Jokers stomach, and yes even though that it turned out to be a parallel universe i still find it odd. Over the course off the entire DC franchise there has been so many parallel universes that it has become a cliche'. I mean seriously if they are going to put a highly anticipated game with a such a mediocre setup/plot then you (if you plan to buy the game) are just going to waste $60 buying the game for just another action packed fighting game that you only play when you have friend(s) over or online with. Either way I am still buying the game mostly because I understand the game and just love DC.But for you guys reading this that are indecisive please consider the following so you can know "I'm playing this all the time", or ," I might play once a month".
it just got realz
Ugh terrible character models, terrible textures, terrible animation. It's a shame, I had high hopes for this, but after this and the demo (which left a lot to be desired) I'm just not interested anymore.
To everyone complaining about the graphics, you do realize this is a fighting game, right? The story mode uses in game stuff, it's not going to look like Uncharted. Play the demo, it looks great and is fun as hell after you get the hang of it. If you liked MK9 in the least, give it a shot.
This looks cool but a certain point it's incredibly dumb and selfish for Batman to keep questioning the joker and putting him in prison instead of killing him. For instance, when he singlehandedly wipes out millions of people. It's just not worth it any more to keep the moral high ground.
Yes yes yes! THIS is great, villains and heroes fighting for control, justice, or just for the hell of it.
