The lights are on
Curious about the post-apocalyptic survival game coming to Xbox Live Arcade on March 7th? The developer's new video sheds light on how the project was crafted. I Am Alive has had a number of ups and downs over the course of a long development period. The final game is finally headed for release in just a few days. The developer at Ubisoft Shanghai put together the following video to help highlight some of the game's cooler features, including the focus on crafting a realistic and believable disaster setting, strategic interactions with other survivors, and an unusual approach to platforming and traversal.
Ubisoft is busy hyping I Am Alive's presence in the Microsoft XBLA House Party promotion, with a release date on March 7. While that means there hasn't been a lot of talk about the PlayStation 3 version recently, Ubisoft tells Game Informer that the PSN version is still on the way, and we'll hear an announced release date sometime soon. Are you willing to give I Am Alive a chance? Check out the video, and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

I don't know but them talking about making difficult choices and keeping the promise sounds like begging for mercy if the game isn't as good as you expected(I still think it would be amazing btw).
This game just looks fantastic..
What happened to it just being on PS3 but now it's coming on microsoft sooner?
This game look good. I'm just worried about the stanima system and I hope not every single enemy carries just a machette. That will be boring/annoying
just does not look that good =/ doesnt look fun. . .
Looks like a good game.

I Am Alive definitely looks interesting but I'll wait for reviews to be published about it before I decide whether or not I'm buying it or not.
I haven't heard about this being an xbla/psn title before, i thought this was going to be another $60 boxed game. I'm interested how that's going to effect it's reception. Nice to see a game where it's actually a really huge deal for someone to pull out a gun.
It seems to have a certain realness to it that other survival games do not. I have high hopes for this game.
It doesn't help that this comes out the day after Mass Effect, sooooooo I probably won't get it anytime soon. However, I have a sneaky suspicion that when I am ready to purchase it "Last of Us" will be ready to come out.
Need to put on points for this and Alan Wake. Looks as good as I hoped so far.
