The lights are on
Last week, we learned how inXile Entertainment built the world of Hunted: The Demon's Forge, and now we're going to learn more about the creatures that populate Kala Moor.
In this new clip, the team discusses the need for creating creatures that surprise players. As studio president Matt Findley puts it, enemies need to feel familiar without just being clones of things that have been done before. He says that his team has put a dark spin on some of the traditional monsters that are typically found in fantasy games.
The Wargar are the game's main enemy type, a race of humanoids who have been corrupted. Their deepest desire is to become like spiders, and some variants have even sprouted extra limbs. To make combat more interesting, a few have even mastered the art of teleportation, making it difficult to draw a bead on them. The clip also shows off the hard-charging minotaurs and the assassins. The latter plants her enchanted staff into the ground to provide ranged support as she darts around the player.
Watch out for the game May 31 on the Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3.

The lack of Lucy Lawless is disappointing, but this was a good dev diary. This and LA Noire are both on my Gamefly queue.
I want this so bad...PLUS SPLIT SCREEN CO-OP.....AWSOME!!!
Rental Material!
I'm pretty sure this is going on my to-buy list the week it comes out.
Looks quite smooth in motion
I'm undecided if this is a rental or a purchase, that's why GameFly rocks!
I haven't decided on what I'm going to do with this game, I'll probably wait for the reviews.
Going to wait until some good game reviews come out on this and then make a final decision on whether to buy or pass.
Nice!!!
still not sure if i want this one but it does look good
OMG!!!! I want this game! It looks like a lot of fun. Hurry up May 31st!! I'm curious though is this game going to be a two player or just a one player?
