Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster
Last night, Square Enix announced the release date for Final Fantasy X/X-2 on PlayStation 4. Along with that, the publisher shared some screenshots of the title’s latest iteration.
Unfortunately, the company should have spent some additional time on proofreading. In two different images, the title of the franchise is misspelled.
This isn’t the first time that publishers have bungled the spelling of their games' names. Square Enix published the iOS version of Dragon Quest IV in August 2014, as “Dargon Quest IV.”
Capcom has had its share of problems, too. The company misspelled the title of Resident Evil Revelations on the 3DS packaging. Capcom has even misspelled the company name in a trailer for Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor.
Despite the misspellings, these screens for Final Fantasy X and X-2, both of which were originally PlayStation 2 titles, are looking good. The game is slated for release on PlayStation 4 on May 12.
