Final Fantasy XV

Square Enix today released a new trailer that shows protagonists Noctis and Luna reflecting on their dark pasts. This is the second "Dawn" trailer that Square Enix has released, both give us small tastes of what happened 15 years before the events of Final Fantasy XV. The first Dawn trailer debuted at Gamescom earlier this year.

The new trailer doesn't say much, and doesn't offer any new gameplay footage, but does paint a much darker tone than we've seen for any Final Fantasy game. It'll be interesting to see how this tone translates to the game. Final Fantasy XV is currently slated to release in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
