The lights are on
That’s the short version for this
review. I really can’t understand why so many people defend this game. People
say it has an amazing story; complex and fun combat system, one of the most
engaging games on the shelves. While it is extremely pretty that is all it has
going for it. The story is boring and makes little sense; the combat system is
boring and way too easy; and I was never once engaged in this game.
I decided to write this review because someone else on here gave this game a 9.5
before he had even played the game. I can't believe how blinded people are to a game. I played 40+ hours of this game.
What fans of this game tell people who
say this game is boring is that it takes time for the game to kick off. The
part they are talking about is only 35 hours in! And for all that time you are
put in a narrow hallway going in one direction. You may think you got to an
open area or to a place where the path splits but your hopes are quickly dashed
when you look at the minimap and see that nothing has changed and you’re still
in that same hallway. But I don’t hear a lot of people defend how linear the
game is but people love the *** out of the story.
