Final Fantasy XIII-2's Mog isn't the only one who can tromp through time. As a new trailer from the game shows, Serah and Noel can use special gates to explore (and plunder) the past.
Square Enix says that players will explore a variety of distinct locations will change over time. It'll be interesting to see how it works first hand; in the trailer the past mostly seems like a sparkly place where you can go for long walks.
Look for the game on January 31 on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
