Can't believe that after all of that the game got a lower score than the original...

The only thing I like about Final Fantasy are the hot chicks.

I wish I had the time to get into a game such as Final Fantasy. I remember back in the PlayStation days with the original FF games, I had a ton of friends who were into them. While intrigued, I just never went there.

Maybe this game will change that for me.

Wasn't this game reviewed already? and we know what to expect? why would this change our opinion from what we have already read about? if i remember the title correctly... "Small things get changed, but bigger things get worse"? or something like that? I don't usually base my opinion on a game from someone else's review.. however from what I read and my dislike for FFXIII originally... chocobo racing and slot machines aren't going to win my affection for purchasing this.

I was about to ask why you didn't put a link to the review Jeff, but I noticed it isn't live on Gameinformer.com yet and only in the latest issue.

Square-Enix clearly didn't understand the problems many gamers, and even fans, had with the latest Final Fantasies if they think these sorts of modifications will please them.

First FF13 wasn't exactly a stellar entry in the series? Make another one; because twice as much mediocrity creates an above-average game! Logic!

This looks really fun. A lot of the root FF stuff returning.

Kind of a funny video. The trailers for this game have been pretty awful aside from the like the original one. Just read the review for the game, sounds pretty good. Solid review, score seems a little low. It's a sequel title, so it doesn't bother me too much. I'll be interested to see what other reviewers end up scoring it. See if it ultimately comes in higher or lower than the original. XIII-3 sounds awful though. We already got this trilogy trifecta thing going on, even though we've only got one of the games. I want Versus, and I want Type-0. If we get XIII-3 before those, I'm not going to be very happy.

Why do these previews for FFXIII-2 look like patch notes... Maybe now that it's almost out, we can start getting news of a game I actually intend on buying... FF Versus XIII.

Other than the side-quests, this was a very uninteresting video.  I would rather have more active and battle-heavy features.

Just READING about Chocobo Racing conjured up memories of my near obsessive-compulsive need to conquer Chocobo Racing in FF7 so I could get Knights of the Round.

Nice additions. Have yet to finish FF XIII, up to chapter 11, but I'll still be getting this regardless. Only thing I'm disappointed is, there's going to be another sequel, FF XIII-3, but I'm not complaining to seeing more sexy Lightning. Bring on Versus XIII already so we can get onto KH3.
