The lights are on
Far Cry 3 takes place in a series of beautiful tropical islands, and that's exactly where it departs from most vacations. Ubisoft has released a new video survival guide, which shows off some of the characters, locations, and activities in the upcoming open-world game.
The island is a deadly place, as the video's narrator explains in one of the most bizarre analogies we've heard in a while. "It's waiting to pounce on you faster than rising gasoline prices."
We don't know about pouncing gasoline prices, but the clip shows at least one pouncing tiger attack.
Look for Far Cry 3 on December 4.

game looks really cool but man, that was some cheesy dialogue
Hmm well that one has peaked my interest.
I'm assuming the sharks and stuff can kill you as well, or be fought off. (Thinks of Arkham City.) :3
absolutely impressive .. I've longed for this
The visuals look way to inconsistent. One shot looks good (the hang-glider one), the next looks way too saturated and cartoony. Still have hopes for it being really good, but I'm more skeptical now.

haha what a narrator! Game looks great though!
Never played a FarCry game before, but I'm growing more and more interested with every video I see of this game.
