I can generally say that Fable II is ann improvement from Fable I. Personally the story line was better is Fable I (because it had more suspense and surpise) but many features changed making this another great game.

1. Upgrading your experience level is easier. You can upgrade skill, will and strength right where you are and you don't have to go to the guild to do so.

2. Searching and discovering items such as treasure is simpler with your helpful companion by your side.

3. Going to targeted places is easier with the glowing guide.

4. Making money is greater with owning properties.

5. No more Fishing. As you get more experience fishing gets harder and harder.
