Last week, we shared with you a new image and information about Dragon Age: Inquisition’s Fortress of Adamant. Today, we get a deeper look at the Grey Wardens, the Archfiends, and our first glimpse of Darkspawn concept art from the upcoming title.
In another journal style blog post, we learn about the origins of the Grey Wardens. These soldiers came together during the First Blight and defeated the corrupted god, Dumat. This drove the Darkspawn back into the fetid, cracked earth from whence they came.

Three more Archdemons rose. And they fell, thanks to the Grey Wardens. Each time, they are accompanied by the mysterious and vicious Darkspawn, like the Hurlock Alpha and Ghoul seen above.
