Kingdom Hearts Invades Disney Infinity – Sora's Keyblade Revealed As 3.0's Ultimate Unlock

Kingdom Hearts' keyblade weapon will be making a cameo in Disney Infinity 3.0, as well Mickey Mouse's Kingdom Hearts outfit for a few lucky fans.

Announced during Disney's D23 expo, alongside the Star Wars: Episode VII play set and figures from The Good Dinosaur, Zootopia, and Peter Pan, Disney Infinity 3.0 is getting some special Kingdom Hearts unlocks.

Players who collect all the Disney Infinity figures and unlock them in the Hall of Heroes will get access to a keyblade weapon from Kingdom Hearts. Previous Infinity ultimate unlocks obtained by collecting all the figures included a lightsaber in Disney Infinity and a landspeeder in Disney Infinity 2.0. You can learn how those unlocks snuck their way into the games by heading here.

Additionally, D23 attendees received a special power disc that will unlock Mickey Mouse's Kingdom Hearts outfit in the game. According to the Disney Infinity website, this power disc is only available to D23 attendees and will not be sold at retail.

Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition’s ultimate unlock was unveiled during the presentation. Players who unlock all of the Disney Infinity figures in the game’s Hall of Heroes will unlock the Keyblade from the SQUARE ENIX® KINGDOM HEARTS franchise.

Guests who attended the Hall D23 presentation received a special Kingdom Hearts Mickey Costume Power Disc that unlocks a one-of-a-kind costume of King Mickey for Disney Infinity’s Mickey Mouse character. This exclusive item will not be sold at retail.
