Diablo III (PS3) Review
on September 11, 2013 at 05:22 PM
I Want It All and I Want It Now Hey, remember Baldur’s Gate and its sequel, Shadows of Amn ? Remember how awesome those games were? I do. I also remember when Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance was announced, and how a lot of people were complaining because it was only for consoles. Then it and...

I have always been a console gamer so I have never been able to play any of the Diablo series. I have always heard great things about this series, and now I know why. I pre-order the game as soon as I found out it was coming out and last night I couldn't put it down. This game lives up to all the...
Gauntlet Slot Machine
on June 02, 2012 at 11:22 PM
Riding on the coattails of its predecessors, Diablo III ingenuously tugs at our most primitive and simple pleasures, and at its core, the game's fun in the same way that a slot machine is fun. As far as gameplay mechanics, the depth in character customization isn't really apparent until you reach...
Hell and Back Again

I love this game so much. I reccomond this game to everyone. It has some of the best coop i've ever played and only took the time from playing to make sure everyone knew. The only downside is the always online factor.
Excelent Game, Awesome FUN!

First I've always been a big fan of Diablo as other Blizzard franchises! Second the only review of this game I can make is based on my experience, since almost everything else has already been said in the review. I've been having LOADS of fun. I already play Starcraft and WoW so I have a long...
Game Critics Letting the Consumers Down
on May 23, 2012 at 04:27 AM
The game is rock solid. When it works. Every review I've read (Game Informer, PC Gamer, IGN) mentions the dreadful always online requirement but then fails to lower the score for it. If you can't play the game, or the games requirements make said game less fun to play (lag and disconnects during...
Don't buy the hype, its a let down
on May 22, 2012 at 11:18 PM
Graphics: Gone are the days of sharp high resolution graphics (for the time). Instead we get something more cell shaded and cartoony looking that looks like repurposed WoW designs. Is it awful, no. Some people even like it. Not me though. I found it a big jarring annoying shift. After 15 hours of play...
Stay awhile, if you can
on May 22, 2012 at 09:21 PM
Diablo 3 sets out to redefine the dungeon crawl game genre and does so with clearly arguable results. Ultimately this does not feel very much like a Diablo game to me. However it isn't a terrible game either. What Blizzard has produced with this installment, has been done fairly well (despite first...

I originally wrote a rather positive review of d3. As it seems I can only play the game half the time, I get kicked out of my single player game for going afk, the auction house is still broken, the servers are still having trouble, and the higher difficulties making many skills and customization options...
A Great Game,
on May 22, 2012 at 06:53 PM
An excellent game, And for once GI gave a blockbuster game like D3 a fitting score. Even though it's not the same as DII and DI, it still is a great game, awesome artistic graphics, and simple yet fun combat formula. An epic game from an epic series, Blizz did not dissapoint me (except for the online...
