The lights are on
Activision has big hopes for Destiny, and CEO Bobby Kotick has promised it will be the biggest new IP launch in gaming history. We don’t know if it will break that record yet, but today it may just have set one for the earliest launch trailer relative to release.
Destiny is due on September 9, and today Activision and Bungie have delivered a gameplay-filled trailer to get players excited. This culminates in a series of recent trailers that have given us a look at the remaining two planets available at launch: Mars and Venus.

I was already exicted enough for Destiny and now I'm even more excited.
I'm gonna go into this game with some high expectations on gameplay, but not so much the story. Hopefully they change their narrative so i can be pleasantly surprised.
I hope this game does well for Bungies sake. It doesn't take much to get the console crowd curious or excited, it's how well you are able to entertain after a month.
Just like to point out the DRAGON at 00:47.
There's also a Dragon Slayer achievement if you don't believe me. I'm on Bungie's forums everyday,
just thought I'd help out the GI community.
The HYPE is real..
Did not realize the game released in less than 3 weeks. So that gives me about 2 weeks to get everything else played through in my backlog. Cannot wait for this game.
