The lights are on
Capcom revealed more information about its upcoming game Deep Down, the title it showed during Sony's first PlayStation 4 event. The trailer showed a surprising setting, as well as a few additional glimpses of some unsettling enemies.
Deep Down features randomly generated dungeons and loot, and is being developed as a PS4 exclusive by Capcom Online Games. We still don't know if the characters are battling it out in the streets of the future, or if it's Assassin's Creed-style window dressing for a world within a world. Capcom is saying that the game will be playable at TGS later this month.

I dig the music, but had no idea what was going on in the trailer. Looks like Dark Souls style gameplay, which doesn't interest me much, but with an Assassin's Creed Animus type memory twist to the formula. I need to see more before I can get excited about this game.
Well, there goes my idea of Deep Down, or DD being a sequel to Dragon's Dogma. DD-->DD being one of my guess reasons. It looks like this is going to be an online game? Did anyone else notice that it said online games in the beginning?
If you didn't tell me that was New York, I never would have guessed. In fact, telling me it was New York made that trailer all the more confusing.
Hmmmm. It does sound a bit like Assassins Creed.
Nice trailer, nice music. I'm not to sure about the setting, which is really confusing. Nicely done, Capcom. Need to see some actual gameplay, though.
I think this still looks interesting, and a big RPG experience with randomly generated levels sounds awesome. I don't think anyone could have guessed the games setting though.
I lost interest after reading "online", but the trailer was pretty
Okay....iam non the wiser.
I don't think I've ever been more confused by a trailer...
Interesting,i can't wait to see more on this game.
This game reminds me of a faster paced Demon/Dark souls. Looks cool
So Deep Down for PS4, and DR3 for xbox. Capcom looks like they're starting to weigh in, and I'm liking it.
I am very interested to hear some impressions after people see the playable demo. This game intrigued me at their reveal in February.
Not exactly what I was expecting, but I'm impressed. This trailer looks pretty good, and I enjoyed that music.
It looks pretty descent, I'll be keeping an eye on it. My faith in Capcom has been shaken for some time now, I'll stay cautiously optimistic.
The graphics don't look nearly as amazing as the trailer shown at the February reveal event but the game story seems intriguing.
