1. Rattlesnake.

Back up as far as you can and move left until you get to the other side. Go right and repeat. When he rattles, jump to dodge his strikes. When he leaves his tail hanging, run over and attack it. Then the game wil give you an input command. Do it fast and dodge. Repeat this 2-3 more times.

2. Scorpion

Nothing really to it. just attack him with quick strikes and dodge when he recovers.

3. Gila Monster

This guy can be Tricky. When he roars, that's the signal that he's about to charge. Dash out of the way and dig in the tiny little rocks on the parched ground. The game gives only the right amount of time to do this so you have to recover quickly. Repeat this until all the bits of dirt are gone. (Note: on Medium or  Deadly difficulty, wait until the last second to dodge.)

4. Spider

As Scorpion, but block occasionally.

5. Rattlesnake (again)

The first part is like the fist time, but now he strikes twice in a row. For the second part, just stay as far back as you can and move. When he opens his mouth, fire a web-shot into it. Do the input command and escape!

6. George Struggs

He is unaware of you the first time, but he can still accidentally step on you. Climb up his leg when he stops, and hold C when he moves, do this until you can climb to his weak spot and sting him. Now he knows about you. Dash to fire his gunshots. He'll stop and try to find you when you get behind him, so just climb and sting again. when the game tells you to, head for the door, climb it, and escape out the hole!
