The next chapter in Visceral's sci-fi horror franchise looks as tense and terrifying as you'd hope. These new screens and trailer were released at the annual Gamescom convention in Germany.

This is the first trailer that really got me excited for this game. Looks more true to Dead Space and not as much of an action game.

This trailer basically takes me back to the first Dead Space. To me it shows the scary enviroment and the feeling that at any time something will jump out the wall and scare the SH@#$T!! out of you. Now i have high hopes for Dead Space 3 again :).

Trailer looks great! It seems like they're focusing more on the pulse rifle than strategic dismemberment though, but hey, it's only a trailer.

This has to be the best, and most terrifying, horror game in the last decade. I'm glad to see that Visceral stuck with the formula instead of shifting to a more action orientated title as everyone feared when they announced Coop.

I couldn't focus enough to finish the first one, it seemed like all you did was go here and push this button, or go there and lift this lever. There was nothing that made me feel like I was contributing to the story
