Dantes Inferno Review

For all you gamers out there that say this is a God of War copycat, tell me one thing...How else do you make a combat action game?!  I see that there are a lot of similarities between the two, but what else can you do control wise?  Forget that they are similar in combat, a lot of games are, shooters for example are all the same.  The only difference is with what button do I fire.  Anyways, for my review, I was impressed with the whole game.  I thought the graphics and sounds were the best part and made it more enjoyable.  It seemed like it all meshed together.  I thought the story was something different and I like to see games go out of the ordinary.  Ya the original poem is probably better, but what game/movie is better than what it's based off?  Other than that the only big thing I have against the game is the length.  I feel like it was really short and dissapointed that not every single ring had some sort of boss to beat at the end.  I think too many people underrate the potential this game has and only see it as a copycat.  Maybe if you took the time to understand the religious aspect of the game and the meaning of the story, you'd probably understand why EA and Visceral made this game.
