This game looks so freakin incedible it is definitely a must by for me...gameplay looks fantastic, and I dont even need to bring up the graphics

Well I'm Sold.

A great franchise. Once again, corrupted by EA.

Loved the first Crysis and highly enjoyed the second. The story and gameplay on the second were improved, but the areas that you fought in were way to linear. It looks like they are making this game a bit more open ended, not as much as the first, but still enough to give the player much more freedom.

This game is going to be epic.

Well if the Alpha of the online I got to play is indication of how the game will be then Crysis 3 might just be the best shooter in gaming history.

Overall I'm not impressed, but crappy script, tinny sound design and stiff 3rd person animations aside, what was the big deal about Hughes' involvement? There was nothing extraordinary about the cutscene parts, little more than panning across the horizon and getting close to soldiers' butts when they're ducking into cover, and then the rest (or most of it) is a gameplay video. So what did he do? Unless, as I suspect, that entire battle was completely scripted by him and this game has the same terrible AI of its predecessor. So like with Richard Morgan (writer of Crysis 2) Crytek loves to boast about their premier connections while forgetting that these people know nothing about making games and also belittling the talents of their own industry in the process.

This is looking so great! I hope they bring back enemies with off-brand Nanosuits like in the first Crysis. That was good campaign spice.

that video has been out for a while. but ill gladly watch it again. :) the crysis series is arguably the most polished and detailed first person shooter. there should be a crysis movie

if i could give some advice to crytek, make the multiplayer easier and more rewarding for the casual gamer, not everyone that appreciates the game has time and effort to unlock the cool guns and armor options

I see a lot of youtube comments about how this game is going to be "Crysis 2 with a bow", and from what's here, that's simply not true. While the nanosuit interface may be similar, the overall open enviornment (huge change from Crysis 2's linearity) and variety of combat methods could make this the game to succeed Far Cry 3 as best sandbox shooter.

But what do I know. Haven't even played the game yet.

This looks pretty cool.  I'll have to check this out when it releases.
