Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
Activision has announced a new partnership with Torn Banner Studios to bring Chivalry: Medieval Warfare to consoles this fall. The melee-focused, 12-player action game will be arriving on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 via digital delivery.
Over two million copies of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare have been sold on PC, taking familiar online first-person combat in a new direction. Instead of guns and rocket launchers though, players take up swords, axes, bows, and arrows.
There are four classes to choose from (Knight, Vanguard, Man-at-Arms, Archer), each of which offer different strengths. In addition to the standard combat modes, there are scenarios that fit the theme, like burning crops, sieging castles, and defending your lord and lady.
