It’s hard to underestimate our enthusiasm for a new Pixar film. Games based on Pixer films, on the other hand, we could be more enthusiastic about. But if last year’s Toy Story 3 from Disney Interactive was any indication of the quality we’ll be seeing from the studio moving forward then that could change. It's time to start revving your engine for Cars 2’s summer release.

Cars 2: The Video Game will let players jump behind the wheel of some of their favorite Cars characters as they race through exotic, world-spanning locations.  Disney’s upcoming game continues the story of this summer’s film. Players will train to be world-class spies at CHROME (Command Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorized Espionage), where they’ll take on dangerous missions, compete to become the fastest racecar in the world, and put their spy skills to the test in combat racing battle arenas.
