A fun but formulaic entry in the popular series
on September 14, 2012 at 09:47 PM
The Call of Duty series is a hot franchise in gaming, ever since its start in 2003 the series has been mainly World War II focused, but really hit the big time when the Modern Warfare took the stellar gameplay and brought it to the modern day. Modern Warfare 3 comes after the departure of almost half...
Pushing the Wii to its limits (and then some)
on March 10, 2012 at 03:37 PM
I always write long reviews, and now I'm sick of it. You want to know what MW3 is? See Game Informer's PS3 version review. This is about what they didn't cover, and what IGN did a bad job of covering. Want a professional review of the Wii version of this game? See www.nintendolife.com . Well...

Modern Warfare 3 is upon us and I for one could not be happier. Having been teased and drip-fed information and trailers throughout the year, this is definitely one of the games I had been waiting on. I am and always have been a shooter, through and through. I spend almost every single night online playing...

Honestly, I'm hooked on this game. The graphics may look like MW2, but it is probably one of the best games I have played. I love the new Game Modes, like Kill Confirmed, Team Defender, and Infected. Infected is probably my favorite game mode, because of how short it is, and how challenging it is...
Another decent entry into the Franchise
on February 17, 2012 at 04:08 AM
Another critically acclaimed hit of the Modern Warfare Franchise has been brought upon the gaming community. & has met with understandably mixed opinions & reviews. Some appear to adore it. While others despise it's very existence. Here's my two piece on the matter. The CoD Franchise...
End Game. Modern Warfare 3
on February 01, 2012 at 09:52 PM
It wasn't about Makarov, it wasn't about World War III, Russian terrorists, or The Four Horsemen. It was an epic, the epic, of Captain Price. When I first arrived at my friends house to play Modern Warfare 3 I was happy with it. Nothing over the top, just a game deserving an 85/100, probably...
Campaign Fantastic, Multiplayer Supreme, Survival Madness = Great Game
on January 15, 2012 at 10:15 PM
OK, this game is what you can expect if you played the previous Modern Warfares. When I heard the unveiling and reveal of the game, I was nervous because after the incomplete exodus of Infinity Ward that the game will not be as good as it should. But with Sledgehammer Games aiding them this time, they...
Modern Warfare 3-Still fun the third time around
on December 30, 2011 at 04:41 PM
So when the whole Battlefield vs MW3 war was going on, I was way over on BF3's side. Like way, way over. Needless to say, I bought that and loved it. The only downfall? Only 3 of my friends bought it too, so I'd mostly game in solitude. Flash forward, my friend lets me borrow MW3 and I have a...
The Truth Of Modern Warfare 3: An Unbaised Review
on December 17, 2011 at 01:41 PM
The community has given what they believe is "realistic score", even when all they want to do is give the game a 0. What happened? Modern Warfare 2 was praised when it was released, Black Ops too. What happened in the time that made people turn on the franchise? Repeating itself? While I dislike...
A Rewarding Experience
on November 22, 2011 at 08:01 PM
Modern Warfare 3 is a fun and rewarding experience. I instantly enjoyed the game from the minute I picked up the controller. The first mode I played was Spec Ops, just so I could get a feel for the controls. The game's controls work great and are easy to learn. The game has a good variety of weapons...
Call of Duty is back again
on November 17, 2011 at 09:29 PM
Call of Duty is back withh Mw3 the yearley franchie retuns to with Mw3. Call of duty4 mw1 is one of the best games ever the second one not so much. MW3 starts off with a bang and never lets up we return to Captin Price and Soap once agian having to kill a lot of pepol and stop a bad guy nothing new right...
Over and Over and Over again
on November 16, 2011 at 08:48 AM
New story same gameplay while the game is still fun at times there is not enough new stuff to be considered more than a glorified map pack. While the game is significitally less glitchy and has an even better storyline it relly has new maps and recyled weapons from previous games. the new killstreak...
An Impressive Spectacle with subtle Improvements can't hide its Age.
Orochisama LEVON, Spectre
on November 10, 2011 at 10:57 PM
It's kind of hard for people not to be bummed out when their predictions are true. Not that this is a terrible game, though. Modern Warfare 3 in fact is another solid offering from IW; however, aside from its Multiplayer and Spec Ops, which are clearly the shining light of this entry, the game fails...
The Good vs Bad when it comes down to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
on November 10, 2011 at 04:30 PM
Call of Duty seems to have become (in my opinion) a series that is held up by nothing but hype. This is how I’ve felt since World at War, and I have continued to feel so to this day. I say this because nothing much has changed within the Call of Duty franchise over the years, despite what the developers...
Let down or Diamond in the rough?
on November 10, 2011 at 01:08 PM
To say the least Modern Warfare 3 was a big let down to me. Starting right where you left off in the campaign you join Soap Price and Nikolai after killing Shepard. You retreat with Price to a resistance head quarters where you treat Soap for his wounds. I'll stop explaining the story there but lets...
Don't know why the hate...
on November 09, 2011 at 03:06 PM
Though I know all the low scores are by people who didn't play the game at all I'm not going to go into that... The story mode was absolutely brilliant I have to say that the story mode was just amazing a great ending to an amazing series so many twists and turns and so much excitement. I know...
Call of Duty is not going anywhere, and not in a good way.
on November 09, 2011 at 05:54 AM
Call of Duty was a great series where innovation and wonderfully made campaigns and multiplayer came into one great package, and easily one of the best games in the industry. Sadly it got picked by Bobby's trend of milking every last cent of the game by releasing a new Call of Duty title every year...
on November 08, 2011 at 10:22 PM
Ok most of these guys have not even played the game and are just rating it because it seems to be a copy. DO NOT LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS! I mean think about it logically...how many ways can you really kill someone with a gun? In addition, I am pretty sure a sequel is supposed to be close to the one before...
Really? Cutting corners again?
on November 08, 2011 at 05:21 PM
I'm not giving this a 1 just because. Yes I have always enjoyed Call Of Duty, but really? I can't tell if im playing MW2 or MW3. It's getting a bit ridiculous that they spend 2 years making this game and barely improve it. I really really wanted Infinity Ward/Activision/Sledgehammer to make...
Call of Duty Treading Water
on November 08, 2011 at 05:19 PM
Modern warfare 3 is a good game, but the formula is starting to show its age. The Campaign was my favorite part, it was exciting and had some outstanding set pieces. However it felt redundant and linear, its basically the same as the other COD campaigns. Graphically this game is pretty good but falls...
