Ghosts Continues The Tradition Of Live-Action Call Of Duty Commercials

It's been a tradition over the last few years to release live-action trailers with random celebrity cameos alongside Call of Duty and Ghosts is no exception.

Last year Robert Downey Jr. made an appearance in a Guy Ritchie directed Call of Duty: Black Ops II commercial. The year before that, Jonah Hill and Sam Worthington hung out together to promote Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

This year you'll see real people performing virtual acts of heroics, and Megan Fox makes an appearance for good measure.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is coming to pretty much everything except next-gen consoles on Tuesday, November 5. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game will be available in time for the respective console launches.

  • I'm actually excited for the release of COD Ghost for one reason only....to get the COD kids off my dang BF4 lobbies who refuse to play the game right and play for the f-ing objective!!!
  • cant wait just pre owrderd it
  • Haha, I do have to admit the fountains of bullets at the end was cool, as a homage to the actual place.

  • I just wanted to say that the idea of an astronaut wielding an assault rifle in outer space is totally preposterous and strains the credibility of the CoD series.
  • Oh silly Infinity Ward you can't shoot guns in space.
  • I think I lost IQ points by reading the comments.
I cannot wait for COD Ghosts. Going to enjoy the game. And not limit myself like some of the special people in this comment section.
  • I like video Call Of Duty Ghost awesome. Look Las Vegas town mess War cool only friend 4 player team fun interest opinion video game.
  • This is probably my least favorite of all of the CoD commercials. Regardless, I'm looking forward to it. I know it's not for everybody and I know it can be repetitive at times, but my thoughts are that if your system isn't broken, don't fix it. As long as I'm capable of having fun playing CoD I don't mind.

  • Meh. The dog should have gotten more screen time.
  • I'm really losing interest in CoD, but I did enjoy that commercial.

  • MEGAN FOX!

  • Sorry, it was just ridiculous and not in a good way. I don't even want to think about the production costs of this stupid commercial.
  • I love these live action trailers for COD, but this one doesn't have as much appeal as the last few years. I still think the noob/vet for MW3 was the best

  • you can say what you want about call of duty but they do make some pretty good ads
  • Guns in space don't work. Bullets can't fire without oxygen, unless they're like those non-oxygen guns from Sean Connery's Outland.

  • Just stupid. How about showing off the actual game. Like what the graphics look like. Maybe some story details. This is proof that the people behind call of duty are just in it for money and not real gamers like they claim the fans of this absurd series are. I'm done with this game series forever.
  • The Live action commercials are always a laugh. Besides who wouldn't want to go on a shootout with you best friends and your dog, and you can say what you want but Foxx is an 8 at the very least visually. All jokes aside.

  • I don't understand why people are so upset about this...people just like to b***h.
  • I actually see this commercial diminishing some of their fanbase, as the scene with Megan Fox suggests COD players are unfamiliar with those of the opposite sex (girls). ...Ouch!

Yeah, they should have put a bit more thought into this commercial before releasing it

  • my best friend's step-sister makes $75 hourly on the computer. She has been fired from work for six months but last month her pay was $13809 just working on the computer for a few hours. best site..........WWW.BAY95.COM
