The lights are on
Call of Duty Black Ops is an awesome game on the 360/PS3. The same cannot be said for Black Ops on the Wii. The first thing you'll notice about the game is that the graphics are terrible. The game looks like it was made in the '90s. I know the Wii doesn't have good graphics, but they're not this bad. The game looks really pixelated. Of course, gameplay>graphics. However, the gameplay just isn't good enough. While the gameplay can be fun; the game is filled with bugs. I have never played a game with this many bugs. I've been playing and all of the sudden the game freezes and a loud shrieking noise follows. It can take a long time to get into an online match. You could get into matches a lot quicker in Modern Warfare Reflex.
The biggest problem with this game is that it is just not the same game that is on the 360/PS3. The Wii version has one zombie map, fewer killstreaks, different weapons in the campaign, and many other differences. Even with the graphics the game would have been so much better if it was the same game that was on the other systems. However, the game does have some positive points. The game can be a lot of fun when it's not having bugs. The game allows the use of the classic controller pro. This makes aiming a lot easier. The game supports voice chat and it's not through Wii Speak . The things with this is that even though it has a lot of problems, it's still a blast to play. It has a lot of problems, but it's still fun to play.
Even though this is not the same game as the 360/PS3 version, this game can still be fun. If you look past the terrible graphics and the annoying bugs, you might have some fun with this game.
