The lights are on
Not too long ago the ESRB listed BurgerTime HD on its ratings website, and now publisher MonkeyPaw games has officially announced the downloadable title for XBLA, PSN, WiiWare, and PC this summer.
Apart from burgers and violent food, the game transforms the vertical-based gameplay of the original arcade title into a rotating platformer complete with four worlds, 50 levels, and boss battles. The game also throws in melee combat, vehicles, and even rockets. The multiplayer modes, meanwhile, include both two-player splitscreen and online play capable of hosting four players.
MonkeyPaw hasn't revealed BurgerTime HD's pricing, but it says it'll likely be around $9.99.

This has to be in the top 5 for most obscure remakes.
My dad is going to be so stoked when he hears about this...
Its Burgertime!!!
...?
give me a throw back mode and they might get my 800 mspoints. otherwise i don't know 'bout this.
I'll try the demo since some of my favorite XBLA games are very obscure. I was also wondering if those are XBLA arcade avatars.
I would like the original thrown in as a bonus. That would seal the deal.
Sorry, but that's not Burger Time!
This is why I don't play with my food
