The lights are on
Tip 1- Whittling's Elephant gun does very high damage to her, but it still takes a while to kill her
Tip 2- The easiest way to kill her is by going to the Catch-a-Ride station getting a Runner with a machine gun and driving back and forth through the canyon while locked on and continue firing a constant stream of bullets for about 10 minutes
Tip 3- Hide under the Catch-a-Ride's roof and snipe at her with a powerful sniper until she dies
