I gotta say when i first started playing borderlands i thought it looked as if i was playing out of a comic book.

Thats really the only thing i can say for the game besides it was dull and sketchy. Just rent first is all i can say because i wish i had.

actually it was a surpriseing good game. the level up system was decent and the colors kept me sprung to the end. at a couples points i got lost but i figured it out by blowing stuff up. its at its best when you are playing with a friend

I don't think so. I mean, the ideas behind Borderlands captivated me more than the art style, but in fact, "playing out of a comic book" is pretty fun in my opinion. It's a nice break from all of the gritty, ultra-realistic games we see today, and it's almost like a fresh breath of air, and a sign of the awesomeness that can result when a game doesn't take itself too seriously.

I cant say I played the game with a friend although Im not saying the game was'nt fun it was but life goes on.
