The latest project from Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night producer Koji Igarashi, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, has a new development update showcasing the game's first stage. The game was successfully Kickstarted just over a year ago, when Igarashi teamed up with developer Inti Creates after leaving Konami in 2014.

The game is a side-scrolling platformer that includes crafting and RPG elements within a 3D world with a 2D aesthetic. In the development video, character Miriam traverses a galleon dubbed Minerva heading towards a castle.

The level in the video is planned to appear at E3 as a playable demo, and will be available on PC through Steam for everybody who pledged at a $60 tier or higher in their Kickstarter and filled out their backer survey by June 13. More info can be found on their Kickstarter page
