The lights are on
This game is amazing. Not only does it feature the same beautiful ruins of an art style as the first game, but it lets you see them through the eyes of one of the earlier residents of Rapture. This feeling of being a part of the mysterious and terrible city immediately puts you in the mood of a survivor, and a tough one at that. After you see the opening sequence of Eleanor being taken from you, I felt drawn to help her, and get her back. Along your journey, you find small gifts from her which only added to my connection and drive to get her away from the terrible new leader in Rapture, who is called Lamb. Overall, the emotional draw to fight through the darkness of the city and rescue this innocent girl makes Bioshock 2 a must have for gamers who like story.
