This is the ultimate Batman game. If your a fan of the Dark Knight, and haven't played this game, then you have two options. Kick yourself and say forget it or go buy the game. I recommend you purchaase the game unless your just into kicking yourself.

The game play mechanics are unreal. The freeflow combat allows you to combo your enemies with seamless effort. Their is a trophy for getting a combo of 40 or higher, so that just tells you how smooth this system is. The more enemies the better, that just means higher combos. Next on the wonderful list of great things in this game is the Detective mode. Batman can go into detective mode, displaying his x-ray vision to see enemies behind corners or even through the next door. It will help you discover the riddler challenges and must be used at certain times to uncover hidden entrances to buildings, and to even complete certain misssions. The way that it is integrated into the gameplay is amazing. With batman, you are the ultimate detective. Next I would have to describe the Joker as he has always been, the ultimate villain. I like the way they made him look in the game, just as twisted and crazy as always. The challenge made is really cool. There are different challenge levels that you can unlock as you proceed through the game, by beating each level. Each one with it's different gameplay and challenges; the predator challenges are difficult but fun. The weapons and gadgets are sweet, and the upgrades for them come as you earn XP. The story mode is wonderful and the extras are amazing. You will absolutley love this game, and if you don't, you should have your head examined.
