The lights are on
Ubisoft introduced naval combat in Assassin’s Creed III, but the concept didn’t really blossom until this year’s console and PC iteration. Now, Ubisoft is bringing the high seas portion of the adventure to mobile devices.
Assassin’s Creed Pirates will be available on December 5 from the App Store, Google Play store, and Amazon Appstore for iOS phones and tablets. The title brings players to the Caribbean as Captain Alonzo Batilla.

Cool, I guess? I'm loving Black Flag itself and I'm about 20 hours in, so much content and you really get your monies worth.
Unless this franchise takes advantage of the gullible next gen early adopters, its a dead rat floating on sewage. I can see this title being a lunch release only or each iteration will be churned out when there have been progress in the technological and graphical updates on the consoles.
Ubisoft is rapidly destroying this franchise. Maybe this is their sweet revenge against Patrice?
Could be a nice diversion.
Actually this looks pretty cool, if I had a tablet or a smartphone I'd play this!
I still have not been able to take mobile games very seriously...I'll have to give them a closer look though to really make up my mind..
Looks pretty cool.
Meh, pass. I am still waiting to get to it in ACIII.
Looks like a good diversion.
Why is this even called Assassin's Creed? There's no assassinating. Just sailing and naval battles. It does certainly look like fun, but seriously, why the AC title?
