Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 29, 2013. The release dates for Wii U and PC have not been confirmed. The Wii U will not be receiving a limited edition release.

  • As long as it loses the resource gathering that ACIII had. I'll be there!
  • Mod
Franchise fatigue has certainly wear in, and this half-hearted limited edition set doesn't do much for me. With that said, I might have been interested in it still, but there is just way too much competition this year for me to choose between.

Beyond: Two Souls, GTA V, Watch_dogs, Battlefield 4, etc.
  • As a diehard AC fan, I'm still interested in Black Flag, but I honestly doubt Ubisoft can keep even me interested in the series for too many more installments.
  • I would like to get it nut my preorder is on the Wii U version. Ubisoft should really consider making this available to all 6 platforms.
  • I'd rather have no more ACs. And that sucks.

  • I'm waiting for the PS4 edition of AC4.
  • I love the fluid gameplay of this series and I think this naval mechanic is a good match for it. Most of all, I enjoyed the narrative of the franchise. I hope this story is intriguing enough to hook me for more to come. I'll be getting this on Xbox 1, but not the limited edition.
  • I REALLY would like to fight hammerhead sharks in this game. Anyone else?
  • Well thats a bummer for owners of the Wii U.... I'd have considered it for mine. However, I will be getting this on the PS4 then.

  • Am I the only one that actually despises the naval combat?
  • $129.99?!? I would've bought it if it were $80-$100. Nevertheless, I plan on picking up AC4.
  • This game will be meant to be played on the PS4. I can see the current console versions to be so glitched up because of how watered down they will be.
  • that price.

  • It sure is a good price.... For anyone who wants to blow another $130 like people before did. Why is there never a $80 limited edition?

  • The statue looks great, but I'm not buying this game just for that. I'm way more interested in Beyond, GTA V, and Arkham Origins. AC4 is gonna have to wait.

  • It's Pirates in an open-world. Of course I'm picking it up!

  • Ah come on! I Just changed to the PS4 one. I hope I can get it there too.

  • Gotta preorder that limited edition ASAP so I don't f*ck it off like I did The Last Of Us Post Pandemic Edition.

  • i will be getting it but i will not be able to platinum it because, like AC3, i HATED the naval missions...
  • $130.00... I am planing of getting the game but i will pass on this Limited Edition .....
