Ubisoft wants to make sure you remember the publisher is releasing a PlayStation Vita game in the Assassin's Creed universe. A new developer diary released today for Assassin's Creed III Liberation gives players a look at protagonist Aveline de Grandpre and the New Orleans setting

Assassin's Creed III Liberation is out October 30.

This looks good and all but I still don't think I'm going to pick up a Vita just for this game(I'm a huge Assassin's Creed fan also). I don't have a 3ds or a Vita but if I had to choose I would still pick the 3ds.

Looks good wish I could afford the white vita bundle that comes with this game, but alas $249 is a lot to drop on a handheld. I know given the vita is actually the best handheld ever made in terms of graphical prowess and gameplay possibilities but its not worth that much when there are better console games to buy.

Not the reason I bought a vita, but this game will undoubtedly justify the purchase. (not that it needs justification, the vita is an incredible system, it just needs a few more triple A titles such as this one)

I WANT THIS SO BAD, but 250 is a lot to drop on a handheld, even with the bundle I don't think I want to buy a handheld worth more than a PS3. But if I was going to get a handheld I would definitely choose the vita over the 3ds.

No brainer! I just bought the ACIII + Season Pass + ACIII Liberation off of PSN for $119.99!! Going to be a pure pleasure to play Dishonored, ACIII Liberation and ACIII in succession! :)

I can't wait until next generation when tree branches actually move while being run on by a full grown person. This game will be absolutely fantastic, but seeing that really broke the immersion for me
