The fourth episode of Ubisoft's Inside Assassin's Creed III documentary series shows off lots of gameplay, and expands on the environment of the world.
Along with interviews with the developers, this video documentary also speaks with assorted historians about Assassin's Creed III's accuracy.
Assassin's Creed III is coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 October 30, with PC and Wii U arriving shortly after.

I've always enjoyed how Ubisoft wove the AC story into a historical backdrop. I think thats what's made these games special from a story perspective. I am still interested into how vital ship combat will be in the game and whether it's mission based or available to use at any time. I really need to pre-order soon.

I wasn't an Assassin's Creed Fan before but these documentary series have got me hooked! I just finished AC2 which was good but AC3 just looks like it is going to blow it away! I want my Tomahawk!
