I need to get my hands on Aliens: Colonial Marines. Each time I see it, Gearbox ups the intensity and finds new ways for humanity to die in horribly painful ways. The new trailer for the game, which turned up on Robstahhh's YouTube account, paints a bleak future for the humans tasked with ending this alien threat. The trailer even includes a great shot of a human dying from from the first-person perspective, and another shot of a marine spending far too much time yapping on his cell phone and not enough time paying attention to his surroundings.

I hope this turns out awesome, I was really disappointed with the AVP game so hopefully this turns out better.

hmmm, with recent games of this nature have given me doubt on the franchise, i can honestly say this is actually shaping up really good, who knows we may finally get a well deserve comeback from this franchise.

I still have the Gameinformer issue that revealed this game :D! It's been development for a bit way too long, but it looks really good. Can't wait to see how it plays.

My god, I can not wait for this one. After the last Alien game whose name will not be mentioned, the world is in dire need for a good, quality Aliens game that actually has the heart and soul of the movies they are based on. If anyone can do that, Gearbox can. Bring on the acid blood!

Oh, and in the game I want at least one person to see or hear something disturbing, turn to look at the camera and say "...My God...".

I've had my eye on this game for a while now and I'm going to be honest. I'll by this day one not caring about reviews or hearsay.

I love Aliens a little to much not to.

Prediction: Gearbox will come out with yet another overly lazy game that will be fun for as short as a half hour and as long as 2 hours then you will realize how many shortcuts and how lacking the game actually is

Looks pretty dark and scary. However, time will tell though, right? That last game was a righteous clunker. Watching this trailer gave me a great idea after watching the powersuit sequence. What they need to do is let Irrational games take over this franchise. Imagine that Bioshock mentality applied to an Aliens game? It'd be awesome to have Ken Levine's brain on a project like this.

Looks good, but i swear if I buy this game and it features that annoying and useless sensor "thumping" in my ear through the whole game, I won't even trade it in. I'll just throw it the garbage.

I hope this isn't as crappy as AvP; it looks like they're trying to make the Aliens scary again, which would be awesome.
