  • Wow this looks awful... I was hoping for a 3d Zelda type game. The adventure time sides roller for 3ds looked like it had 4X the budget of this
  • I'm a big adventure time fan, but I'm definitely not going to buy this. They need to make an open world RPG adventure time game that plays like a combination of ni no Kuni and Skyrim. I'd play that.
  • Mod
This may not very relevant to gaming, but fellow fans of Adventure Time, check out Steven Universe. There is a pilot up already, it is CTNW's newest show and it looks awesome.

Edit: Oh god, this game looks horrible. I hope you guys review it!
  • I dunno if it'd be any fun but I might have to get it to play with my 4 year-old cousin. I'm sure he'd like it no matter what. He can be cinnamon bun...
When's the Fiona & Cake dating sim coming?
  • I love how the people voicing the characters somewhat resemble the characters. WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE, SPOILER GUY?!
  • C'mon grab your friends.
  • This game looks really fun i love the zelda inspired games.
  • I don't know why so many people are being so hard on this. It doesn't look all that terrible. The animations seem a bit stiff, but the art style is spot on and it looks like it could be fun with a group of friends. It's seems like a simple, beat 'em up, dungeon crawler. Like Gauntlet with Adventure Time characters. What's not to like there?

  • ugh. Adventure time. The scourge of television. Why can't this awful show just go away?
  • Hate to say it, but this looks like a really bad retail game. I think it'd be fun if a game emulated the 10-minute goodness with ten-minute levels or something.

  • Its such a shame these games are so medicore..I Mean you have such a huge and interesting world with great characters and humour...and they just make such...boring,uninspired,lackluster games.
  • I thought it would be different, but oh well. I wonder how this will turn out.

  • I am buying this game. I don't think it looks that bad. While I wish it was a more ambitious game (3D open world RPG), it is unreasonable to expect a AAA high-budget title. Besides, I still think the game looks cool. Plus, I spoke to one of the developers, and they said that the dungeons are randomly generated, so that makes it worth it as well.
  • It looks fun, but there is no way I would pay a full $60 for that. It just doesn't look like there would be enough content for that kind of gameplay. Maybe if it was like $15 like an Xbox Arcade game? That would be nice. I just hope they don't plan on selling it for $60...

  • Oh, it's just a Dungeon Siege-type game? I'm pretty disappointed there. I was hoping for either a full, 3D, vaguely Zelda-style adventure (unrealistic for a licensed game, especially one published from Namco's Budget label D3, I know) or another sidescroller from Wayforward. I'm not super pumped by what I'm seeing here... Wayforward seldom excels when they go outside their wheelhouse of 2D action. Just look at their last dungeon-crawler, Silent Hill Vita. I'll wait on reviews before making up my mind, but I'm super meh on this right now.

  • Why are people so upset by the way it "looks"? A 2D hack and slash like this would be fine if it weren't for the lack of personality. Adventure Time is all about the wondrous environments and hilarious interactions. This game presently lacks such characteristics. Definite pass.

  • So it looks a little like Gauntlet... count me in!

  • I wanna like this game but unless they have some great pre-order swag, I'll wait until it price drops.

  • "A million things you can... look for... in a million doors... you can... uh... open"

    I'm sold *rolls eyes*
