The lights are on
Activision has released a new trailer for 007 Legends, based on the 1964 film Goldfinger. If you're a student of pop culture, you're bound to recognize some of the scenes and characters from the clip — even if you've never seen the movie.
The clip shows the hat-throwing Oddjob, gold-plated Jill Masterson (R.I.P.), bizarre laser-table contraption, and, er, Pussy Galore. Enjoy!

This actually looks like it could be a fun ride. I don't expect much from 007 games these days, but it looks like it might be good enough to hit the spot if I get bored between Borderlands, X-Com and the impending Black Ops.
Those graphics are nasty bad. In the bad way.
Looks a little dated but I'm still interested.

I am very skeptical, but hopefully this doesn't suck.
I love the concept but WOW...this game looks almost like last generation graphics. That makes me sad. I will probably get this long after release and probably out of the bargain bin. Huge 007 fan with a sad face :(
OMG I love goldfinger! This made my day and I'm totally getting this even though it looks dated. Fun is better than quality!
All I can say is that this better be at least 10 hours long. I will be depressed if it's a 6 hour game with just parts from the movies.
I would really like a good Bond game, but I'm not sure this is it.
The Simpsons had the best spoof moment of this:
Bond:You expect me to talk Scorpio
Scorpio:No I expect you to die and be a cheap funeral.
Scorpio:Stop him! He's suppose to die! and then Homer tackles him lol.
"No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"
I really wish these game looked better and had more to them. Goldeney on Wii was good but it had no reason other then just to play once. And ever this game looks bad.
I hope this game makes sense and works.
Like anyone following news on this game, I wish they had chosen some better films. Still going to buy early and thoroughly enjoy it.
Might pick up this game. I have been a fan of 007 since the N64 days.
It has the potential to be as big as Goldeneye was, but I'm not sure if the developers are going to succeed in making the gamers feel the same way they did while watching the movies. This is looking like call of duty 007s greatest hits, which may sound pretty awesome to "most" gamers, but it really needs to be more like the movies. Yes he does use guns a lot but he also is extremely skilled in everything else! A good 007 game needs to embrace every aspect of the movies, we should be given the assignment and have to blend in, talk to people, gamble, drive, fight, shoot, ski, whatever happens, with some exceptions of course, but it shouldn't be just shoot, set piece, shoot. So again tons of potential but well just have to see
