007 Legends

007 Legends Cast Includes Some Bond Movie Veterans

The actors behind Hugo Drax and Jaws are coming back in the upcoming Bond game, which is written by the man behind GoldenEye.

In 007 Legends, the current Bond actor, Daniel Craig, takes on the roles of his predecessor as he goes through some of the most memorable missions in the film series’ history.

Richard Kiel is lending his voice and likeness to the hulking, steel-toothed Jaws, and Michael Lonsdale is reprising his role as the maniacal Hugo Drax. The two actors will be working in close collaboration with the game's writer, who is none other than Bruce Ferstein. Ferstein is known for his work on the films, GoldenEye and Tomorrow Never Dies, as well as the GoldenEye game reboot and Everything or Nothing.

We'll see if this dream team can work magic when the game debuts on consoles and the PC on October 16.

  • It seems like someone is always working in a 007 game.
  • know movie 007 good
  • read interesting good I saw all 007 some yet 2 movie miss
  • Cool, it's always nice to take on the role of James Bond.

  • at least it's got potential...
  • To be considerate, we must stop this controversy known as "recycling" and turn to another, more eco friendly format: consuming animal waste. It's the ideal solution to maintain a circle of life and balance.
  • So Ferstein was involved in writing for the only 2 good Brosnan movies? That explains why The World is not Enough and Die Another Day were lackluster.
  • I hope they can do the license justice, but I'm not sure replaying those old scripts with Daniel Craig is the winning ticket. Why not just do something original?
  • I haven't played any 007 games except for the N64 so this might a nice buy so I can get more into this, but that's if it can actually pull through. I see potential with this, but I don't really enjoy Daniel Craig being the ONLY James Bond. Just personal opinion, though.

  • Yes. Yes. Yes. and Yes.

  • I remember Richard Kiel lent his voice talent to Everything or Nothing (the only decent Bond game besides the N64 Goldeneye in my opinion) as well so it's good that they got him back. I have high hopes for this game, Craig is one of my favorite Bonds so I actually don't mind having his likeness used for all of the game's missions.
  • I love Daniel Craig as Bond.

  • Hmm, I don't care for having them reboot classic Bond moments (especially since it would be cooler to have them use the originals like in From Russia With love), but I do think Craig is a great Bond that just needs an awesome game to go along with his awesome movies.
  • Well, I for one will definitely be getting this around Christmastime. It will not, however, be taking away any time from Borderlands 2, Dishonored, Assassin's Creed III, or Halo 4. Sorry, but outside of the multiplayer on the N64 Bond games, 007 gaming doesn't scratch any particular itch of mine.

  • hopefully this doesn't suck

  • Day 1 purchase for me.

  • and.... back stab!

  • Nice
