I'm pretty sure that we added highlighted brackets over anything that could be spoilers... If there was anything that wasn't highlighted, it was mere speculation.

Having participated in most of this thread, I'm pretty sure that we didn't discuss the identity of the Oragami Killer, at least, outside of the highlighted brackets.

Did you ignore our spoiler warning and uncover their contents?

Sorry if you didn't follow the warning, but you have to understand that people want to talk about the game with one another, especially the ones who have played it.

Um, when I saw "spoilers" I didn't realize that meant you guys were going to spoil the story elements in a story-based game. I just came to this thread to read some reviews of Heavy Rain and instead I got the story ruined. Looks like I'll just wait for the sequel now.

After looking it up on Google, I immediately saw cases of other players making the same mistake...

IGN guides are never 100% accurate. Gamefaqs and PS3trophies.org are the way to go.

I just kinda assumed... guess I'm glad I did. I woulda been pissed. Loved the game, but not enough to go through all that trouble again right after doing it the first time.

Well, I'm a bit flustered right now...

I spent about a week of my time working on the final trophy, which is to see all of the endings. I figured that since you didn't have to save to get all of the other trophies, you wouldn't have to save to get this trophy. I thought it would just register all of the epilogues I've seen and add them all up, giving me the trophy when I see them all. Besides, the trophy is called "See all endings", not "Save All Epilogues to a Single File", right? Boy, was I wrong...

I didn't get the trophy, and a week of my time went down the drain... I'll probably wait a year before I try to get the trophy again...

This game was fun before my ps3 fat glitched and corrupted my save file. I have no intention of retrying and have traded it in towards purchase of FFXIII.

With that said i have no use for my DLC code.

I finished the game and came away as surprised I never played a game like this before. Lots of twist and turns and its pretty hard to figure out who the killer is until you look at all of the clues. I am replaying the game to get all of the endings and trophies.

I believe Norman can also die at the Blue Lagoon when he fights the Origami Killer.

However, even though Madison is pointed at with a gun when she is told to strip, she cannot die at the Blue Lagoon.

By the way, has anyone played the DLC yet? I thought it was very cool how they show the number of possible endings based on your choices. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have thought of slicing up the taxidermist with a chainsaw :-)

I just finished the part where you visit the drug dealer. I managed to survive his chase and he ran out of ammo. He was begging for his life and after A LOT of thinking, I decided to spare him. Danm, that was intense.

edit:

Holy ***, Nathaniel unknowingly bought me some time to escape when the Doc had me tied down, by knocking on his door. When I was Jayden I managed to talk him down from shooting my a-hole partner. I can only wonder now what repercussions not shooting the drug dealer brings. I know that by sparing him there'd be big consequences but I just couldn't bring myself to do to his kids what the Origami killer intends to do to Shaun.

Wow, this game.

Just finished it yesterday, and boy, did I eff those poor people's world up! Time to replay and see if I can't make things a little a nicer on these folks (except you-know-who)......

No. He was talking about nudity, not gay sex. There are 3 instances where you have the choice to see full-frontal female nudity, and they're all avoidable. This includes the sex scene, which can be avoided by **SPOILER** not having Ethan kiss Madison **SPOILER**.

As for male nudity, you only see buttocks during a mandatory shower scene.

My mother for one walked in on me playing the first bit of sexual content. The reaction wasn't pretty and she was intent on confiscating it, even though she's usually rather lenient. And just for the record, there's some on both ends of the gender scale, though more minor on the male end.
