I can't help think how awesome it would be to play games like RE Darkside Chronicles or HOTF Overkill with next gen graphics and motion controls. My biggest complaint about Wii games is they tend to look like @ss 99% of the time. If anything, this may cause nintendo to get off their @ss and start making a console with some power. I was wondering what everyone else thinks on this subject.
Its garbage, it wont go anywhere near my PS3.

I've been impressed by demos of Natal. Haven't really seen anything about Sony's motion controller since E3. The demo they gave there didn't deviate too much from what the motion + controller for the Wii. Which isnt to say it doesn't present the possibilty to be better, but like all things in the video game industry, it will come down to the substance, not to the hype.
Though I want to back Sony on this one I'm more impressed with Natal.Why do so many people think Nintendo was being lazy with the Wii? Nintendo saw the competition hiking up prices for their next gen entries, and decided to aim for the cheaper price with creative game play that attracted new gamers(Grand ma,Grand Pa, MILF's ect).
And now Sony and Microsoft are following that same line.

I am not going to buy that thing. Unless some games that don't rely on the motion controller come out i am not getting near it.

I don't really like natal or the ps3 controller. Maybe i'm stuck in the old ways. I know this stuff might not be a threat now but I'm thinking about our great grand children. I see no controllers in the future....and it looks grim. To me at least.
Not a big fan of motion controllers. The idea sounds great, but the execution never seems to live up to the hype. I bought a Wii, played it for about two weeks and it became a paper weight.
I have no reason to believe that the "Arc" or the "Natal" will be any different.
When all is said and done, more will have been said than done.
Natal (failure or not) is the bigger threat becaus MS will market the hell out of it. Sony seems like they're joining but at sort of a 'meh' pace.
Honestly I don't know. I'm not going to get one as of now, but I know if some awesome stuff comes out for it my buddy will probably pick it up.
Yeah.......... I'm sorry but this motion control stuff is total garbage. I know there are a ton of people that love it , but I cant stand it. All I have to say is my point is proven with the "Prince Hop", enough said!
