The lights are on
which do you think is better? FPS's on PC or on consoles? IMO, i like em on pc better, due to the fact that aiming with the mouse is so much better than with the analog sticks. although i play the crap outta games such as halo on my xbox, i still think most FPS's are better on PC
I like varity so both. I think there a little more difficult on console though.

Cosole is better. Even on the PC I always used a Game Pad
Well, I tend to enjoy the analog sticks/rumble shooting experience over the mouse shooting experience. It's undoubtedly less accurate (my controller uses optical cameras to sense motion, whereas my mouse uses laser technology). However, I find that I still have more fun with it, and that's the bottom line for me. Of course, you can easily connect most controllers to a PC, but I wonder if PC shooters come with rumble support?
Also, I think I prefer a large HDTV over a large PC monitor, but, again, that's a non-issue, as neither are system-exclusive. Consoles and PC's will run on either type of display.
One thing that PC definitely has going for it is that its games are cheaper and downloadable content is usually free.
I usually play them on a console. but I prefer to play them on a PC

pc cause it is way faster to aim, lol
consoles because its better to me that way
definetely on PC
I'm not sure but I think I like them better on consoles.
After years on a console. I say that a FPS with a good gaming PC is a lot better. PC's just feel like it has better aiming control.
i personallyl dont like playing games on PC as much as consoles.
Whatever peels your orange
When it comes to FPS, keyboard and mouse have a much better reaction time for shooting. So I prefer the PC.
Something to note though: The Wii could make a killing on actually producing more FPS games with the Wiimote control.
good points. IMO, like some of you said, it is so much easier to aim with a mouse than with a controller, but also, i like the look/feel of FPS's on consoles a little better.
I'd have to choose the console. Aiming is significantly easier and smoother on the PC.
My main problem with FPS games for the PC vs console is the fact that it's so expensive to maintain top of the line hardware for the PC. Whereas the console is a single time investment. Considering the rate at which technology advances, the time in between major FPS games, the hardware has changed considerably. Of course you could stick with the hardware you already have, but to maximize the experience, it's far more expensive.
