The lights are on
Now first off I know Morrowind is an old game but I still like playing so I decided to get an HD texture pack I installed the pack then found out that my mouse cursor has disappeared in game so it makes it nearly impossible to find what I need in the menus everything else works fine tho. Thinking this was an error with the mod I reinstalled morrowind only to be met with the exact same problem. To be honest I'm stumped and any help will be greatly apprecciated.
Without knowing the details of the mod my guess would be that the mouse cursor texture was left out of the archive library.
Any idea how to get it back?
I believe it'a Anti-Aliasing causing the mouse issue. Try turning that off.
(I believe trying to turn it on in the HD Texture pack carried over to the registry. Not sure how you go about fixing that, but I don't make registry edits lightly.)
There is no option to turn off anti aliasing in the game.
Sounds like you did not fully uninstall the game. Odds are some of the configuration files stayed and inside one of those something is disabled or screwed up. Uninstall the game again. Be sure to remove any files or folders pertaining to the game (make a backup if you want to keep your saved game files). Then run a registry cleaner like ccleaner.
Then do a fresh install and test the game before you patch or mod anything. That should resolve your problem. Here is someone else with the same problem, you can look into that.

Still didn't fix it I scanned my registry and everything. And I cheched your link it's good but my copy doesn't seem to have the options he does no anti aliasing or anything. This is getting really annoying and I'm temped to just hand off my copy to my brother and buy skyrim.
Your copy doesn't have anti-aliasing because Morrowind was never designed for it. The MOD you installed had an AA option. It's that AA option being checked on that is corrupting your installs to not show the mouse cursor (most likely).
