The lights are on
I just got my gaming rig recently, and I'm planning to replace my current 22" monitor with a new one. I've seen what's available in my region, and according to my search, these are the 2 best ones I could find -
Now, these two are extremely similar except for a few differences, such as-
So, considering this, which would be the better buy?
uhh they are both IPS panels and that really is not all that important if you calibrate your monitor unless you will be looking at it from a wide angle. The 2240L has a slightly better response time a. The only real question is another inch and a half of screen space worth $100? I would go with the smaller one, you can get it for under $140 off newegg right now.
We're sorta like 7-Eleven. We're not always doing business, but we're always open.

Thanks for the reply.
Anyways, can you tell me where did you read that the S2440L has an IPS panel? Pretty much everywhere I checked (such as this - www.tftcentral.co.uk/.../dell_s2440l.htm) it says that the S2440 has AMVA instead of IPS.
I see... But I'm afraid that the model you've posted is the 21.5" one, and I'm talking about the 24" one (which I'm sure doesn't have IPS).
They both have the exact same model number, S2440L, which is sorta weird for me :/
Go for S2440! , for best gaming experience :D
