The lights are on
should nintendo ever fire the people who are messing up nintendo for example reggie or iwata the people who are messing nintendo but as we know people arent going like my opinion. so screw it i might as well say it.
I doubt it, that Reggie guy kinda pisses me off since the VGX.
well if they want to change they should and iwata too fire him while there cause those two are not helping there just saying sorry for the wiiu sales and not doing anything about. like good marketing cause the only commercials you ever see if your lucky are familys playing a game that some people im not joking here still thinks the wiiu is a add on to the wii. you know i could talk about nintendo problems and it will be too long and you will be bored. so im going to leave it at that
What happened with Nintendo? I've been away from gaming news due to college. Apparently There's a lot I've missed... I didn't even know, till yesterday, that the PS4 and XBox One have already been released.
damn yeah you did miss alot of gaming news the ps4 came out the xbox one sold millions the wiiu is barley selling cause of soft ware *** next year is going to be intersting
I think Nintendo should just stop making consoles and just make games for xbox, ps4, and pc..... probably be more profitable..... super smash bros. on ps4, that'd be sweet
no nintendo would never do that they would let any of there games on other consoles they would rather let the series die then do that,
Yeah fire reggie and iwata. The two people responsible for the nintendo renaissance. Please. A price drop and dropping the requirement to use the gamepad in gameplay and bam you have the wii U selling like the wii did. There also needs to be an embracing of new ip and nintendo needs to go after the mobile market with an iOS and android and windows app to play old school nintendo games.
I think Nintendo should remaster older games, and then they would have much better sales in my opinion. I'm not a Wii person but if they made a console or something that had a controller and allowed me to play Super Mario Sunshine (not a game cube, as much as I loved it) then I would purchase that game and a few others if they were remastered for the Wii or a whole new system. I loved my game cube the graphics are way too old for today's standards.
In terms of Iwata and NoJ; probably not.
Japanese business culture prefers to give poor team players madogikazoku positions. If you royally screw up, you get assigned to a position that has no responsibilities. It's...actually considered more shameful than getting fired, and it forces the employee to resign on their own. It happened to Gunpei Yokoi, who made the original Game Boy and the Virtual Boy. So, if Nintendo screwed up again -- I can imagine that happening to Iwata. He's already taken a pay cut due to poor Wii U sales.
In terms of Reggie and NoA; I'm not sure.
I can imagine it happening if Nintendo had a bunch of value changes. Firing a previously useful employee is pretty common in America, so -- it's a distinct possibility. I mean, Reggie is practically deaf to Nintendo fans. His consumers. I think that's a problem.
Anyway, I don't think Nintendo's quite at the point where they need to restructure. They can still recover, so I don't think Reggie and Iwata are going anywhere at this time. Let's see what happens in the next few years.
i agree 100 percent with what you said they can still recover but its there choice to change and i think there egos are going to be the death of them.
