IDK probably Eevee. Eevee can evolve into all the different types and everything like Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Glaceon, Leafeon, Umbreon, and that other psychic dude. Sorry if I spelled Eevee wrong.

I'm not really sure I have a favorite Pokemon. None of them really stand out to me above the rest.
But if I had to choose my favorite which I trained myself, it would be my Pidgeot from Gold. I named him simply "Pidge", and he was almost solely responsible for the 7 gym badges I got before the game died. I trained him much harder than all the rest, and it showed.
Charmander. He served me well in Red and I've always tried to get one in my party ever since then.
